Although we work to provide accurate and helpful information, AI-generated responses may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate.

Information that may change, including tour availability, schedules, pricing and booking details, should be confirmed through our booking system or directly with Uplift Adventures.

Sage does not complete bookings or process payments.

Information You Provide to Sage

When you interact with Sage, the information you type into the conversation is processed by ChatLab and our selected artificial intelligence provider in order to generate a response.

• Other information you voluntarily include in your message

Please do not provide sensitive or confidential information through Sage, including:

• Credit or debit card numbers

• Passwords

You do not need to provide this type of information for Sage to answer questions about Waterton Tours.

AI Processing and Conversation Retention

Sage is operated using ChatLab, which uses third-party artificial intelligence providers to generate chatbot responses. Sage currently uses an OpenAI language model.

Information submitted through Sage may therefore be transmitted to and processed by ChatLab and OpenAI in order to generate responses.

According to ChatLab’s privacy policy, customer prompts and conversations submitted to AI providers through its service are not used to train or fine-tune those AI models.

Conversations with Sage are retained through the ChatLab platform for up to 90 days. Conversations older than 90 days are automatically deleted from the chatbot’s conversation history.

Information sent to third-party AI providers to generate responses may be subject to those providers’ separate temporary retention practices for security and abuse-prevention purposes.

Information may be processed outside Alberta or Canada and may therefore be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction where it is processed.

Waterton Tours by Uplift Adventures does not sell personal information submitted through Sage.
